Our friend Tim Brandt of Dixon Weather Service Inc. gets some local recognition — well-deserved! The resolution signed by Speaker of the House Rob Vescoso includes the following:

The members of the Missouri House of Representatives welcome with pleasure the opportunity to recognize a remarkable Missouri citizen whose efforts and accomplishments have made him a source of inspiration to all those around him. Wheareas, Tim Brandt, a who worked closely with the National Weather Service in Springfield for many years, helped keep Dixon and the surrounding communities safe by keeping timely and accurate weather reports for several years.
