Make your environment a healthier and safer place by measuring, analyzing, and understanding the data of air pollution with this outdoor air quality monitor.
Urban air quality networks, air pollution monitor, industrial emission monitoring, building automation, and air quality research.
Professional air quality monitoring systems provide immediate, on-site data for analysis, compliance, and decision-making. The basic Orion AQM measures four common gaseous pollutants of nitrogen dioxide (NO2), nitrogen monoxide (NO), carbon monoxide (CO) and ozone (O3), in addition to basic meteorological parameters of temperature, humidity, and barometric pressure. The Orion AQM Plus also includes particulate measurement with PM 2.5 and PM 10 sensor.
Air quality measurement device integrates with the Weather MicroServer for monitoring via Cloud Server, any Internet Browser, SCADA systems and/or various industrial protocols.
Call or email for personal assistance in selecting the right configuration for your application.
Please be advised that the Orion AQM has a lead-time of up to 13 weeks.
AQM measures the most common gaseous pollutants nitrogen dioxide (NO2), nitrogen monoxide (NO), carbon monoxide (CO) and ozone (O3), with near-reference measurement performance. Incorporating temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, algorithms compensate for the impact of ambient conditions on the sensor elements.
With an enclosure made of anodized aluminum and stainless steel, and a protective rating of IP65, the AQM sensors are built to withstand industrial environments.

Many additional sensor options are available with the Weather MicroServer.
Monitoring is accomplished via the MicroServer which offers a variety of Internet and industrial protocols, datalogging capability, and ports for additional sensors such as wind, solar radiation, and/or precipitation sensors. Data can be downloaded for archival and analysis.
FTP output (XML and CSV) • XML web service • Internet browser user interface
SNMP, Modbus/OPC and RTU communication protocols are standard for Industrial Management applications.
Compatible with CWOP (Citizen Weather Observer Program) and Weather Underground, the MicroServer can automatically post data from your weather station to these network websites.
Free with the Weather MicroServer, the Cloud-based Weather Server features real-time weather data monitoring that is easily accessible on the Internet. Users can view the display screen remotely from any device using a web browser.
Weather Master™ is our proprietary software optimized for CWS environmental monitoring stations. It provides computer monitoring, calculated parameters, graphing and trend displays, as well as automatic archiving of data, alarm notification, and web page updates.
Included with the Orion AQM is a 50-foot section of sensor cable which connects to the Interface Module. Extra length RS-485 cable is available up to 1000 feet.
A standard 7-foot serial communication cable connects the Interface Module to the Weather MicroServer.
